Beautiful. Creative. Clean.
We never tire of seeing an idea and a vision come to life and in our recent project for Fujifilm’s launch of the instax SQ1 camera, we have been able to translate our client’s brief into a series of powerful yet natural lifestyle images.
Taking on board the key styling elements of the brand new instax SQ1, designed to turn heads through it’s simplicity of function and design, we developed scamps that enhanced the look and feel of the product, with an extended colour palette and prop collection set to engage their target demographic and communicate their vision of ‘more of your world in the square’.
We wanted the lighting to be sympathetic to the camera’s texture and colour, so that required illumination both soft enough and with just enough bite in the shadows. A combination of large, deep and reflective modifiers allowed us to achieve exactly that. Whereas in some cases, others had to be composited together with a mixture of hard and soft lighting to get the desired result.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the creative freedom of this project that has engaged all of our core expertise:
- Creative consultancy
- Concept and scamp creation
- Creative planning
- Prop sourcing
- Styling and art direction
- Post production processing
- Exporting and file format management
